Gozo Minister Clint Camilleri has announced that Victoria's St Francis Square's regeneration project is finally nearing its completion.

First announced in April last year, the square has been closed for traffic for many months, despite it being a main junction in the capital city. Taking to Facebook to share photos of the near-finished piazza, Minister Camilleri wrote: "The St Francis Square project will soon be finished and the heart of Gozo will be open to public access once more."

Bus routes which had previously been diverted away from the area are expected to have their original routes reinstated.

When she’s not having a quarter-life crisis, Caroline is either drawing in a café, frittering her salary on sushi or swearing at traffic in full-on Gozitan. There is also the occasional daytime drink somewhere in the equation. Or two. A creative must be allowed at least one vice.
