The Maltese restaurant chain known as one80 have announced that they will be opening up their fifth establishment in Valletta sometime this year.

The new restaurant will be opening up in Saint Christopher’s Street, but they are yet to announce the exact opening date.

Preparations are well underway, and you can expect the restaurant to bring their “signature chic ambience, stellar dishes and adventurous wines to the capital”.

“Expect Mediterranean-inspired dishes with a one80 twist; paired with a selection of carefully selected wines from old favourites to new grapes and regions exploring new territories”, the restaurant wrote.

The restaurant chain already has three establishment in Gozo, a restaurant at the Mgarr Marina, an additional seasonal sea-floating restaurant at the Mgarr Yacht club and a chic bar with creative cocktails by the name of ‘ix-Xatt at One80’.

Additionally, they also have another restaurant in Mellieha, making the restaurant in Valletta their fifth establishment.
